Hi friends! It’s day 2 of The Greetery reveal! Have you loved all the inspiration from the Design Team? There is so much to see! And so many gorgeous cards! I have some more to share today too. So let’s get started. Don’t forget to leave a comment on each of the stops on today’s hop….there are 2-$50 gift certificates to win! More chances to win with each blog!
This first card showcases the newest Botanicuts…the Morning Glory! The Botanicut die sets are always so much fun and for this clean and simple card maker, a definite go to! These Morning Glories are so easy!!
To create this card, I used the smallest Crimped Frame Die, cut it in thirds and popped it up on the bottom of the card base. This gives a fun little sectioned off look on the card and a fun foundation to showcase the amazing Morning Glory. I die cut the Morning Glory in white cardstock and then ink blended in the color. After assembling, I added it to the card front with foam squares for a little more dimension. To finish off the card, I added some clear dew drops for a little extra detail.
This card was made using the new Spring Meadows Stencil. I LOVE how this stencil blends out. You will be able to use it in so many ways! Here is what I did….
I used pink cardstock and blended in color to create this gorgeous bouquet of flowers. Using one of the Postal Frames Dies, I cut out the center of the card front. I saved the negative frame and attached it directly to a pink card base. With the main focal point, I splattered some white paint and sprayed a little glitter and then popped it up on the card front with foam tape. I stamped and die cut a beautiful sentiment from the New Day Sentiment Set and popped it up on the card. So much detail and so simple all at the same time!
It wouldn’t be a proper release without me creating a super clean and simple card. I was able to use the Jumbo Curio: Feather dies to create one!
I used a dark gray card base and stamped a sentiment from New Day Sentiments in black ink. After die cutting the feathers out of a light gray cardstock, I masked off the bottom of each and sponged on some gold ink. I popped them up with foam squares to finish it off! So simple!
I hope you have enjoyed today’s cards! I know the rest of the girls will have lots more to see. Don’t forget to leave a comment at each blog for more chances to win one of the $50 gift certificates over at The Greetery.
Laurie - you are here!

A little info about commenting here on my blog....
My comments are moderated because I get a ton of spam. The kind of spam that tells me about cholesterol medication, among others, and just weird bot comments so I filter those out. If you leave a comment and don't see it, thats ok! I will see it and I will get it posted for you.
The other issue is wether or not you need a google account. I have my comments set to "anyone" so technically you should be able to leave a comment with any type of login, but Blogger is a pain. If you can't leave a comment and are not sure if you your name is posting along with your comment, please add your name and email address to the end of your comment. This way we can see who you are if your comment gets chosen as a winner! I am sorry for the annoyance. I have no idea why it doesn't work like it should. I have googled and switched settings around and tried all the things but again... Blogger is a pain.
