Welcome to day 1 of the latest Greetery Release called Sweet and Sunny.  I am totally in love with this months release because so many of these fun new products work great for my clean and simple style!  Let's get started!

The first products I wants to share are all about the Bees and Honey!  For this card, I used Honey Jar Stamp and Die Set along with the Honey Comb Corners Die.  You know I love to go back in and use past Greetery goodies, so I also used the Slim Alphabet Die along with the All Kinds of Happy dies.  I used the Honey Comb Corners to add a little dry embossing, after I blended in the yellow ink on both corners.  I stamped and die cut the bees and honey pot and added those to the card front.  Using black fun foam, I die cut the sentiment from those past die sets and then finished the card off with a little Nuvo drops for the honey and a little red heart from the Heart Bits Sprinkles.

For this next card, I am showcasing to little friends on a card using some of our favorite strawberries.  First, I built a little wooden wall using the Ship Lap Builder Dies and then added in a little batch of berries from the Botanicuts Strawberry Dies.   I grabbed the Silver Lining Die and cut the clouds out of white card stock and then used them for a stencil to ink blend in some light clouds in the background.   Using a sentiment from Simple Things Stamp Set, I added that in with black ink.  Last, I die cut the new little Honey Bees, colored them up with Copics and gave them some vellum wings.  I popped them up on foam squares to finish off the card.

Todays last card uses the new Honeysuckle Stems Stamps and Die.  To create this card, I masked off the top of the card base and ink blended in some light gray ink.  Then I used last months Seed Catalog Background Stamp in the same gray ink to add a little detail to the bottom of the card.   I stamped out the Honeysuckle and die cut the image and then die cut a piece of fun foam.  I lined the back of the image with the fun foam to make the bloom dimensional and then added that to the card front.  Last, I die cut the Lets Have a Word: Birthday Die in black fun foam and added that to the card. I masked of a tiny happy sentiment from Sentiment Suite: Birthday Stamp Set and added that in black ink.

My comments are moderated because I get a ton of spam.  The kind of spam that tells me about cholesterol medication, among others, and just weird bot comments so I filter those out.  If you leave a comment and don't see it, thats ok!  I see it and I will get it posted for you.  The other issue is wether or not you need a google account.  I have my comments set to "anyone" so technically you should be able to leave a comment with any type of login, but Blogger is a pain.  If you can't leave a comment and are not sure if you your name is posting along with your comment, please add your name and email address to the end of your comment. This way we can see who you are if your comment gets chosen as a winner!  I am sorry for the annoyance.  I have no idea why it doesn't work like it should.  I have googled and switched settings around and tried all the things but Blogger is a pain.
